the hotel is close to the blue mosque and hagia sophia it is less than a 10 minute walk to the grand bazaar various restaurants and cafes are within a few minutes walk the hotel staff provided tips on local attractions and transportation options they helped me with airline check in issues

the shower faucet had a minor leak causing some water to pool in the bathroom

close location easy exploration superb service bent key inconvenient bathroom flooding risk

The hotel is very close to the Hippodrome. It also is close to the Grand Bazaar. The Çemberlitaş tram station is nearby too. It made exploring the city easy. Fazal's service at the front desk was superb. He gave recommendations. He helped book our return taxi. He.

I received a key. I went upstairs. The key was bent. We told staff. They changed the lock. Water gushed from the shower faucet. The sink water pooled. If I brushed my teeth too long, I risked flooding the room. This was very inconvenient.

mixed feelings about my stay

bent key poor drainage

the first issue i faced was a bent key it did not open the door easily the staff changed the lock but this was still a hassle. water gushed from the shower faucet the sink also drained poorly. these issues made the bathroom difficult to use
